Orders & Shipping
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Internationally.
After you’ve placed your order we can’t make changes to it or cancel it because we process orders right away and aim to send out orders promptly. If you need assistance, contact our support team at support@getriti.com and we will do our best to help you!
All orders are processed the same day and are shipped the next business day. US orders generally arrive within 2-6 business days. The arrival time on international orders varies. Once it's on its way, you'll get an email with a tracking number to monitor its journey.
We have 2 shipping options for domestic orders, Expedited and 2 Day Guaranteed. For international orders, based on your location, we offer FedEX international (2-6 days). If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team via email support@getriti.com
Shipping costs vary based on your country and selected shipping method. For domestic orders we offer “Standard” Shipping which is a flat fee of $8.99 to all states in the US. We also offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $99+. For international orders we offer “Standard International” which is a flat fee of $23.99. For expedited shipping costs please refer above to the question above “Can I expedite my shipping and receive my order sooner?”
Absolutely! We ship Riti products to many countries worldwide. Just note that sometimes, customs procedures in different countries might cause slight delays. While we ensure prompt shipping from our end, we can't influence potential hold-ups due to international customs processes.
After you have placed your order and it has been shipped you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Subscriptions
You'll receive a fresh order every 30 days (from the date your first subscription order was placed). Anytime you wish, you can tweak your subscription settings. We'll also send you a heads-up a few days before your monthly renewal, allowing you to make any last-minute changes. On top of that, those on our subscription plan enjoy 25% discounts on all orders. By simply logging into your account, you can control your subscription details, opt to miss a month, modify delivery intervals, or even end your subscription.
Simple! All subscriptions receive 25% discount on their order. After you have been subscribed for 3 months and have made your 3rd payment, your 25% discount will increase to 30% on all renewals as long as you stay subscribed!

Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your first time order of a product, you can reach out to us within 30 days from the delivery of your initial order. We promise to process a full refund for your purchase promptly. Kindly note, the refund amount will exclude shipping costs, VAT, and duties.
Reports of damaged Products or order discrepancies must be communicated to Riti within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery in order to qualify for return.
