We’ve been there too.
For the past 5 years we’ve been on a mission to re-do nutrition and supplements.
This was fueled by our desire to create high quality, honest, transparent, trustworthy products that we’d confidently give to our own loved ones.
What did we want to change about the supplement industry?

We’re a group of humans who share a deep, deep, passion for health and nutrition. Over the years we’ve tried all kinds of supplements, but realized that most supplements on the market are low-quality, have hidden fillers, artificial ingredients, and misleading claims.
And we thought, “How do we even know what’s in them? Where do these ingredients come from? How can we trust these brands?”
Looking up ingredients online and reading labels were frustrating, and we wondered why buying supplements with confidence was so hard.

So, we decided to take matters into our own hands…

We spent countless months traveling the globe, sourcing top-notch ingredients from ethical suppliers worldwide. We developed formulas with the help of doctors, scientists, specialists, and nutritionists…
Along the way, we spent some time in India to immerse ourselves in their rich culture and learn more about an intriguing practice we heard about called “Ayurveda”. We were instantly captivated and in love because it resonated with our souls.

Our name “Riti” comes from the Ayurvedic concept of “Prakriti”.
Just as “Prakriti” signifies the harmonious blend of elemental energies within us, “Riti” symbolizes our commitment to creating supplements that are in harmony with nature and tailored to your unique needs.
